Todd FisherTodd Fisher, Founder, Principal and Chairman of Intraprise Solutions, has spent over 25 years as an information technology innovator in the financial, healthcare, technology, and pharmaceutical services industries. With specific expertise conceiving, designing, and implementing solutions that serve mission critical needs, Mr. Fisher has overseen hundreds of complex technology initiatives, as well as the development and sale of multiple products and companies. Most recently, Mr. Fisher was responsible for the successful creation, growth, spinoff and sale of one of the nations first cloud-based, private Health Information Exchanges to Siemens Healthcare. Under Mr. Fisher’s management, the HIE grew to serve hundreds of health systems, tens of thousands of clinicians, and millions of patients across the United States, while consistently achieving the highest ratings in KLAS. Mr. Fisher has also served as a Communications officer in the US ARMY Special Forces and more recently as an Adjunct Professor of Healthcare Informatics at Temple University where he continues to guest lecture.

Jeff PhotoJeff Fisher, Co-founder and Principal of Intraprise Solutions, was responsible for executive leadership, product management, client strategy, software engineering deployments, and professional services activities at Intraprise from its inception, and was integral in the creation and growth and development of one of Intraprise’s innovative, cloud-based Health Information Exchange. After the HIE was sold in late 2009, Mr. Fisher joined the spinoff company as their EVP of Product Management and Client Strategy. Mr. Fisher recently rejoined Intraprise in the capacity of Strategic Advisor to propel the Intraprise Health business line. Prior to joining Intraprise, Mr. Fisher worked in aerospace, where he developed and deployed satellite and launch control systems for NASA, DoD, and commercial clients.  Mr. Fisher also served as a Captain in the USAF as a Launch Controller for the Titan Launch System. Mr. Fisher graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and from Golden Gate University with a Masters of Science in Systems Management.  He also recently completed his Pennsylvania State Teacher Certification in mathematics while earning a Masters of Education from Temple University.

John SkinnerJohn Skinner, Co-founder and Principal of Intraprise Solutions, has spent over 25 years representing information technology solutions in the financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical services industries. Mr. Skinner was responsible for executive leadership, marketing strategy, product position, and sales activities at Intraprise from its inception until late 2009, when he joined the company's Health Information Exchange spinoff, as the EVP of Sales and Marketing and National Sales Director with leading record HIE sales. He has also worked in numerous health care companies including LanVision, GE Medical and Healtheon/WebMD. Mr. Skinner recently rejoined Intraprise in the capacity of Strategic Advisor to propel the Intraprise Health business line. Mr. Skinner graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Accounting. In addition to his work with Intraprise, he also serves as a School Advisory Board Member at Holy Trinity Interparochial School and volunteers as a CYO basketball coach.

Ralph ArcaroRalph Arcaro is a Principal of Intraprise Solutions and one of its earliest employees.  At Intraprise, Mr. Arcaro has been instrumental in the management of some of the company’s most complex projects including a massively parallel processed mortgage valuation system as well as various healthcare information technology projects, products, and services related to the secure aggregation, transformation, storage, analysis, and distribution of critical and protected patient health information. As COO of one of the nation’s first private, cloud-based Health Information Exchange businesses, Mr. Arcaro was influential the system's growth to serve hundreds of health systems, tens of thousands of clinicians, and millions of patients across the United States while consistently achieving the highest ratings in KLAS, until it was eventually sold in 2011. Prior to joining Intraprise Solutions, Mr. Arcaro worked as a nuclear safety engineer for the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board. Mr. Arcaro was responsible for the oversight of all Systems Engineering activities within the U.S. Department of Energy defense nuclear facilities. Mr. Arcaro graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also later received a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Jeff Van VoorhisJeff Van Voorhis is President and Chief Technology Officer of Intraprise Solutions, Inc. Mr. Van Voorhis is responsible for the company’s strategic approach to the selection, development, and application of technology to deliver valuable solutions in both the healthcare and financial services industries. For nearly 30 years, Mr. Van Voorhis has led the development of sophisticated computing solutions for the financial services and healthcare industries. An Intraprise team member since 2000, Mr. Van Voorhis spearheaded the development of multiple financial and healthcare applications, including the design, implementation, and development of advanced High Performance Grid Computing and data analytics projects at several large financial institutions. Mr. Van Voorhis has also served as the technology architect for numerous content management and workflow solutions designed to integrate with various electronic medical record and patient accounting system across a broad range of healthcare provider organizations. Prior to joining Intraprise Solutions, Mr. Van Voorhis served as Director of Operations for IDX Systems (now GE Healthcare) as well as Chief Architect and Vice President of Development for LanVision Systems (now Streamline Health). Mr. Van Voorhis is a resident of Birmingham, Alabama, and a 1985 graduate of the University of Indiana-Bloomington with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Joe BrownJoe Brown serves as chief operating officer and chief information officer of Intraprise Solutions, Inc. His primary responsibilities include: data center and hosting operations, corporate security, product support, and developing and implementing corporate and IT strategy. Mr. Brown has more than a quarter century of experience in management and information technology. He is a pioneer in the deployment and support of Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, having worked in this area for the last 16 years. Prior to joining Intraprise Solutions, Mr. Brown served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Streamline Health. He was responsible for the formation and operation of one of the first web-based healthcare document management applications to be offered as a service over the Internet. His other duties included corporate information services, client services, and HIPAA Privacy Officer. Prior to joining Streamline Health, Mr. Brown served with the U.S. Marine Corps as a Data Systems Officer. He was responsible for the installation and support of computer networks and provided IT training and support to Marines deployed around the globe. A graduate of Miami University, Mr. Brown served 22 years of combined active and reserve duty with the U.S. Marine Corps as a Data Systems Officer. Mr. Brown lives in Mason, Ohio.

Scot ReedScot Reed serves as chief software architect of Intraprise Solutions and is one of the company’s founding employees, having joined the team at its inception in 1997. As the principal engineer for the design and implementation of a wide variety of software systems for financial and healthcare applications, Mr. Reed has more than 20-years of experience in software engineering. His expertise includes the development of software on platforms ranging from web-based to handheld devices. During the past decade, Mr. Reed specialized in the development of applications for distributed systems, both grid-based (DataSynapse/Tibco, Microsoft HPC, Platform Symphony) and cloud-based (Microsoft Azure). Mr. Reed received his Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Clarion University. He lives in Doylestown, PA.
